ADMISSION POLICY
Children can be admitted to VTCDC from 6 weeks through 5th grade. Families are asked to arrange a tour of the facilities prior to enrolling in our school.
To be admitted, the following items must be completed and submitted to VTCDC:
Ø Completed Registration Form
Ø Completed Immunization Record
Ø Full payment of Registration fees, Book fees, and at least one-week tuition
Ø Complete Emergency Medical Release Form
Ø Completed Covenant for Childcare Services
Ø Original Birth Certificate (Required by the Virginia Social Services Department)
Based on availability of space, our exemption certificate permits VTCDC to provide services to 190 children in the age range from 6 weeks through 5th grade.
