TUITION RATES AND POLICIES
Fees are non-transferable and cannot be transferred from one child to another for any reason.

VTCDC’s $65.00 ($95.00 per family)annual registration fee is non-refundable; it is an annual fee that is due at registration each year.

When Chesterfield County Schools are closed and your child attends VDCDC for the full day, the following tuition rates are charged:

For children enrolled in the Before School Only program, the additional fee for a full day is $19.00 per day.

For children that are enrolled in the After School Only program, the additional fee for a full day is $18.00 per day.

For children that are enrolled in the before and After School program, the additional fee for a full is day will be $11.00 per day.  

VTCDC also offers a Summer Camp each year that runs from the last day of school to the Thursday before Labor Day. The Summer Camp is offered to children that have finished kindergarten and have completed 5th grade. The cost for the Summer Camp is $135.00 weekly plus an activity fee that includes the cost of 30 off site field trips per week, a calendar is available for your review when you visit us.  



Tuition payments will remain the same during the VTCDC’s closing.  Tuition payments have been set with closings in mind and will remain the same each week.

Tuition payments are due the Friday prior to the week of service rendered. Daycare payments are considered late if payment is not made by 6:00 PM. 


Preschool (mornings only):  The options for monthly payment are as follows:

 Monthly:  Tuition is due on the 5th of each month.

 Monthly preschool payments are considered late if they are not received by the end of the day on the 5th.


All payments are due prior to services rendered.  Fees are not reduced due to absenses.

 Payment for tuition can be made by check, debit, credit or money order.  In the event your check is returned for insufficient funds, your account will be charged the amount due as well as any and all fees allowed by law.  

Tuition payments will remain the same during VTCDC’s closing.  

Part-time or half-day rates apply to those who use services for less than four hours per day and no more than 3 full days per week.  Anything over four hours a day or 3 full days per week is considered full time and full time rates apply.

10% Discount on the child with the lowest rate is offered to families with multiple children.  
Non-payments for two weeks will be treated as a withdrawal.  The child will be un-enrolled and re-enrollment will be subject to registration fees and any tuition owed.
